One decision before you shop. Seven dinners sorted. No more standing at the fridge at six asking the same question. You choose once, from dinners that already fit your table, and the week runs itself.

How it works

One decision a week. The app does the rest.

01

Set your table

Once, in a few taps.

You
Who eats with you, food rules and allergies, your kitchen, the nights you cook and the day you shop.
Foodielyna
Remembers it and plans only inside it.
02

Your set arrives

Every week, dinners chosen for your table.

Foodielyna
Lays out a set of real recipes: ingredients with amounts, time, estimated calories and protein.
You
Just look.
03

Watch, then pick

See it made, then decide.

You
Watch the short video from the cook, tap Cook this week, or Not for me.
Foodielyna
Puts it on your next free night; Not for me leaves your set for weeks.
04

Your week fills

Your nights, sorted.

You
Tap Cook double when a recipe makes enough for your table twice, or Pick the rest for the empty nights.
Foodielyna
Fills them with dinners that share ingredients with yours, so the list stays short.
05

One list

Everything to buy, added up.

Foodielyna
Adds every ingredient from every dinner: garlic in three recipes shows up once, with the total.
You
Switch to Shop in the store and tick things off; the screen stays on.
06

Cook it

One step at a time.

You
Open tonight's dinner; the video sits beside the recipe.
Foodielyna
Shows one step at a time in large, plain words and keeps the screen awake.
07

Next week is ready

Before you shop again.

Foodielyna
Your next set lands at 6 pm the evening before your shopping day, without the dinners you passed on.
You
Pick, shop, cook. That's the whole loop.

Made for your table

Personal where it matters. Quiet everywhere else.

Your set is built from your answers, not a trend list. Food rules and allergies are filters, not suggestions: a dinner whose recipe lists something you ruled out is never planned for you.

We read recipes, not labels: a stock cube or a sauce can contain more than its name says, so if an allergy is serious, check what you buy. Calories and protein are estimates per serving, for planning, not medical advice.

  • 8allergens you can rule out: gluten, dairy, nuts, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, soy
  • 3–7cooking nights a week, your choice, plus nights off
  • 1shopping list, with every amount added up for the whole week
  • 0ads, sponsored recipes or calorie-shaming

Real cooks, credited

The videos belong to the people who made them.

Almost every dinner comes with a short video from the cook who made it. Every video plays in YouTube's official player, never copied or re-uploaded, and every recipe credits the cook with a link to their channel. Ingredients and steps are in our own short, plain words, so you can cook from the page even without watching.

Questions

Good to know

Is Foodielyna free?

Watching every video and reading every full recipe is free, for everyone, with no account. The plan (the set chosen for your table, your week, pick the rest, cook double and the shopping list) is €4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial on iPhone.

Which phones does it work on?

Foodielyna is coming to iPhone first. An Android version isn't available yet.

Do I need an account?

No. You can start without one. Sign in with Apple or with your email when you want your week on another device. Your subscription comes back on a new iPhone with Restore purchases.

What kind of dinners are they?

Weeknight food: simple, filling, with good protein. Chosen and checked by us before they reach anyone's set, and every recipe must state its ingredients, so nothing is guessed from what a video shows.

Can I trust it with allergies?

A dinner whose recipe lists an allergen you ruled out is never planned for you. But we read recipes, not labels: stock cubes, sauces and pastes can contain things their recipe line doesn't say. If an allergy is serious, always check the labels on what you buy.

Is it in my language and my country?

The app is in English and available in most countries.

How do I cancel?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Foodielyna. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple.

I made one of the videos. Can I have it removed?

Of course. Write to support@foodielyna.com and we remove it promptly.

Dinner, decided.

Start with 7 days free. Cancel at least a day before they end and you pay nothing.
